It is an open plan area, recommended for a maximum of 2 adults. The base price is for 1 guest (for single and business travellers); there is a small surcharge for 2nd guest. Kindly book accordingly.

The Constantia region is well known for it's immaculate wine estates and award winning wines. Unfortunately the cottage is not suitable for children under 12.

The little Guinea fowl Cottage is part of a high security villa located in the select Upper Constantia area. Set at the foot of the densely forested eastern slopes of Table Mountain, the property is half surrounded by the Green Belt, opposite to Cecelia Forest and less than 2km away from the world famous Kirstenbosch Garden. We have an inverter as a back up during load shedding + our own water treatment plant for high quality water directly from the tap, better than any plastic bottled water.

Private garden studio separate from the main house, offering a quiet space with its own entrance and secure, off-street parking behind a gate. There is an enclosed patio with a Webber BBQ. Close to major highways, very near the Kenilworth Racecourse and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair salon and coffee shop 200 meters away. For power backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

Ideal for medical visitors, business traveller and holiday guests, this quiet, safe Cape Town stay has fast WiFi and separate entrance. Also in easy access are shopping malls, restaurants, churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Easy access to both the M5 and M3 for commuting to the CBD and out to the beautiful wineland.

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time

Outside there are views of the lush garden, salt water pool and glimpses of Table Mountain. The sheltered deck is a comfortable spot to enjoy the afternoon sun.
