My cozy lil'Ladybug Cottage located on a rustic dead end street w/Great Herring Pond at end of road and tennis/basketball courts w/playground across from the other end of the road-make a perfect spot! Centrally located to major roads, highways &convenient to historic Plymouth/Sandwich. Easy to explore and enjoy the Cape Cod canal, ocean beaches as well as recreational activities nearby. Hike trails @ Ellisville Harbor State Park/picnic at the Herring run or canal, or grab a game of golf nearby.

Lionsgate is the perfect retreat to refresh the soul. Newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen with comfortable amenities provide a home away from feel. Enjoy a roaring fire in a rustic cabin during the winter or the coolness of a mini split in the summer. Cohasset, jewel of the South Shore is a quintessential New England seaside village located half way between Boston and Cape Cod. Main Street on the Park

Welcome to Main Street on the Park! The morning sun will greet you in the bright apartment in our big white house with a yellow front door. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a convenient place to stay if you are in the area for business. A large fenced yard abuts a public park complete with tennis courts, track and walking trail. Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Contemporary cottage on quiet, private, wooded lot. Pristine, bright & comfortably furnished. Walk or bike to beaches and trails, 5 minute drive from downtown shops and restaurants. Property abuts West Chop Woods with lovely, quiet walking trails.

Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

Easy drive to Cape Cod for day trips as well! This newly renovated, yet charming, 2 bedroom first floor apartment is a perfect get away.

The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. Don't worry about beach parking—the driveway is big enough to park two cars. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities. Grab a post-swim ice cream in the summer and watch the sunset on the secluded patio.

Spend the day at Sandwich's iconic boardwalk, Sandy Neck, and local beaches.

Please do not book weekends, holidays, or summer dates in advance. This 1-bedroom is only offered to fill midweek gaps when the full home isn’t booked. Beautifully restored historic home in the heart of town—steps from the Pilgrims' first settlement, ocean, restaurants, shops, and more. Located on Town Brook near the Gristmill, with a deck, firepit, hot tub, grill, cozy bed, and working wood stove. Clean, comfortable, and full of charm.

“Cozy Cottage” on Great Bay

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.
