The Grafton Chateau

Welcome to the Grafton Chateau, a gorgeous secluded and private country retreat for all of your family and friends. With six bedrooms and a den, four baths, two fireplaces, a sauna and a large private pond beautifully situated on 67 acres of woodlands, the Grafton Chateau is the perfect comfortable home base for ski trips, hiking, antiquing, or just enjoying the scenery while you sit around the fire pit. The garage has outdoor recreation gear, like snowshoes and sleds. The den has a variety of toys, and games for kids and adults. The whole house, sauna house, barn and all 67 acres are all yours! We are always available by phone, text, or email if you have any questions. Grafton is just about the most charming Vermont town you can find and is convenient to four ski mountains and every other outdoor activity you can imagine.

If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, you've found it, amidst a 250 acre private estate. On a lake at the end of a mile long driveway (well plowed in the winter) Is Snowshoe Cabin. Built in 1929 as the garage for "Lakefalls Lodge, it's been completed renovated into a luxurious, cozy home with modern amenities. Guests rave about "views of the snowy pond while you’re warm inside" from heated floors and a wood burning stove with free firewood. Spikes provided for wonderful winter walks.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Romantic Mountain Getaway

Come enjoy the peacefulness that only living in the mountains can give you, without letting go of every day luxuries. Our place is ideal for romantic getaways with its beautiful and private setting! Lots of things to do in the area as well. The serene Indian Pond is located just down the road and it is ideal for swimming & kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Hike Mt. Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.

A perfect perch on the mountain for families & friends to gather and enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy ski-on, ski-off during the snow season as part of the Sunrise Village next to Killington Resort's Bear Mountain base area. Quiet & relaxing during the summer - an ideal base for hiking, canoeing, apple picking, and taking in fall foliage. During the winter, ski down to the Sunrise Village lift, and ski off again straight to the condo. Enjoy streaming over the gigabit wifi while while the kids play.

Kolelemook Cottage!

Kolelemook Cottage - a peaceful lakeside retreat that offers something for everyone all year round. With pristine and shallow water, this lake is perfect for family recreation. We offer an inflatable swim platform, children and adult kayaks, as well as a paddle board for seasonal enjoyment (available Memorial Day-October 15). Board games and Smart TV for indoor entertainment. 10 min. to downtown New London, 20 min. to Sunapee Ski Resort, with loads of hiking options just a short drive away.

Cabin-by-the-falls

One-bedroom cabin (one double bed only) for those who want tranquility. Parking at main house and then short walk downhill, then level rocky trail to the cabin, which is located at a stream and waterfalls. There is a composting toilet, electricity and water. Wifi at main house, on deck, 5 mins walk. Wood burner in cabin, and propane stove in outside kitchen. A stand pipe (potable) or water from nearby stream (non-potable). There is a deck overlooking the stream with a picnic table.

Direct Waterfront A-Frame, Close to 3 Ski Areas!

My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

Come relax, unwind and enjoy the year round beauty and fun at our cabin on Perkins Pond! Many activities to enjoy with each season.. Kayak, canoe, fish and swim or float, nap on the hammock in summer months.. Walk, hike and enjoy the awe of Fall color.. Snowshoe, skate, ice fish, cross country ski on the frozen pond during winter and enjoy downhill at Mt Sunapee just 8 min away or just relax by the wood stove!! Hillside Cottage @ The Mettawee Retreat

The Hillside Cottage is a luxury cabin with views of the Mettawee River. Located on 26 acres on a back road, it is peaceful & private. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking or relax on the deck.
