The River Trail - Greenbrier Cottage

This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home sits right on the Greenbrier river. Minutes from Marlinton, Siebert and Watoga State Park. Directly across the river is the Greenbrier River Trail. The great room offers tons of natural light with beautiful views of the river. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. We also offer a canoe and kayak for your use as well as river floats, yard games, etc. There’s also a TV with DVDs and board games so you can relax and enjoy the evenings.

Cottage by the Greenbrier

Our one-room cottage with river access sits a few hundred feet above the Greenbrier River, with lots of privacy. Queen bed, pullout couch with double bed, table and chairs, AC. Location is perfect for float trips, biking the Greenbrier River Trail, and hiking --10 minutes from Watoga State Park trails and fishing; 15 minutes from Cranberry Glades; an hour from Lewisburg, WV -- voted coolest town in American a few years ago. Our driveway fronts the river but not the cottage itself.

Only 15 minutes from Snowshoe Mountian but miles away from everything else.

Located in the pristine Mill Gap Valley. At night you can reach out and touch the stars. National Forrest is close by too. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that can only be offered in Highland county. The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! Historical 1800s Cottage

Historical cozy cottage built in the mid 1800s conveniently located near the Green Bank Observatory, Snowshoe Mountain Resort, the National Forest and loads of hiking and biking trails. From the back yard, you can access hiking trails which connect to the Observatory's many hiking and biking trails. Cass Scenic Railroad and the Greenbrier River are only 6 miles away.
