You will have access to all the amenities within my apartment from the tv, sound systems and WiFi to the whole kitchen, dishwasher and washer dryer. It also benefits from it’s own private driveway (parking for 1 medium sized car) - If you have a large car, or want to bring a 2nd car, the council car park is just a 2 minute walk away, located on CASTLE Street. The house benefits from 2 outside spaces-Private Courtyard & Roof Terrace.

The retro cinema with 85-inch TV, Sky and Sonos Arc will blow you away. 3 floors, 2 stairs cases, a priest hole for the best games of hide and seek. Relax and soothe your body and soul in our gazebo and waterfall hot tub. No ‘open house’ parties allowed but a perfect place for special occasions and gatherings for our house guests and mature hen parties are welcome.

Bournemouth and Sandbanks are a 25 minute walk along the promenade. Bus stop at the end of the road will take you to Bournemouth and the Purbecks.

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.

It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.
