Welcome to our cozy studio Apartment located in Rincon, Ga! This comfy space is perfect for a single travler or a couple coming in to visit family. You will have your own private entrance as well as free parking. Springfield, Ga ~ 8 miles Pooler Ga,~ 12 Miles Coligny Beach Park, Hilton Head Island~30 miles Tybee Island, ~ 25 Miles Savannah ~12 Miles Lastly, if there’s anything we can do to better serve you and your guests message us. Savvy Black Private King Suite with Den

1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from nextdoor. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not suggest booking this. 15 minute drive downtown. OTC 022724
