Have fun with the whole family at this brand-new barndominium in POC located close to the boat launches, beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Our home has 1 king bedroom downstairs and 2 queen bedrooms with private baths upstairs. There is also a large gameroom with additional dining space, board games and a 55" TV upstairs. Attached is a large boat barn to store your boat while it is off the water and an outdoor entertaining space complete with a BBQ pit, fire pit, and cornhole boards.

Love Shack is a cozy tiny home with a loft. The loft includes a queen bed, TV and skylight view. The main floor includes a coffee bar, futon that converts to a queen size bed, bathroom, and TV. Outside amenities include an outdoor shower, and fully equipped gazebo. The gazebo includes a large grill, sink, refrigerator, TV and fire pit.
