Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

It is conveniently located only 15mins from both Grand Haven and Holland. NO pets allowed on the furniture or there will be an extra fee. Conveniently located halfway between Downtown Holland and Downtown Saugatuck/Douglas. This remodeled 1881 farmhouse on a quiet street perfect for families or a couple's getaway. Situated on 3 acres, surrounded by woods perfect setting for a for a campfire and star gazing. Eat and entertain out on the deck which features a grill, dining table with plenty of seating for everyone. Bring your boat and water toys, public launches are easily assessable and close by.

Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
