Welcome to Casita Sarita, Your Urban Escape! A large, beautiful, light-filled studio in the heart of SE Portland, walking distance to everything. I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. This is the only fee I can control, so I hope it's helpful. On site professional MASSAGE(by me!) available. Please make yourself at home, relax, and rejuvenate. I look forward to hosting you!

A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick.

Entire space is very private. Enjoy the cozy modern 1 bedroom queen bed, 2 large sofas that are comfortable to sleep on, oversize soaking tub large walk-in closet , 2 TVs, Blue Ray player, stereo, gorgeous private garden with table seating & tranquil water feature, & private entry. 5 minute drive to downtown, 2 minute walk to Forest Park & Marquam trails. Several amazing restaurants just minutes away. There is a pet fee of $40 each pet. Preferably just one pet or the fee is $70 for two.

My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

The Green Door PDX: A European Inspired Cottage.

A bolthole created from passion by Kaemingk Collection, The Green Door PDX was designed to provide a unique respite from the energy of Portland while being conveniently located only minutes from downtown and popular shopping/eating districts. We have taken queues from Europe and built a traditional field cottage tucked into the landscape at the front of the property and surrounded it with mature greenery for an inviting welcome and ultimate privacy for our guests.

This is one of the last grand mansions downtown that hasn't been converted to condos or offices. We are at the shopping and restaurant districts of Northwest 21st and 23rd Avenues. Firehouse No. 17 is a unique and interesting place to stay. The engine bays of the Firehouse have been converted into a beautiful and spacious living area. There are historic photos of the Firehouse that help tell its story from a working firehouse to a fabulous residence. Please come experience this historic firehouse, located in NW Portland. It is an easy walk to bustling NW 23rd restaurants and shops.
