Loft in Kenton- Hot tub, MAX line, Weed friendly

House with 650 sq ft and patio to yourself. The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. 5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

Bright, cozy and new garden suite in Northeast Portland! This pied-à-terre has a private entrance via the garage for access to your own living room, bedroom and bathroom. An exercise bike, mini-fridge, electric kettle and coffee machine are available for use while you relax with views of the garden out your window. The space is located within easy walking distance of New Seasons grocery and multiple restaurants and bars in the Alberta Arts district. A perfect spot for your Portland visit.

Willow Tree Guesthouse

Pet friendly guest house in SE Portland 1 block from the heart of SE Division street. Located on a quiet dead-end street, with a full kitchen, ground floor bedroom/bathroom, spacious walk-in shower, and super cozy upstairs loft makes for the perfect work remote office. Grocery stores in every direction, neighborhood wine shop, and weed shop, restaurants and bars right around the corner. Location and walk score - 100! Gigabit fiber internet - good bandwidth for the digital nomads!

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.
