A Casa de Luou é a casa principal da Quinta de Luou, está situada no centro da Quinta e tem vista panorâmica sobre o vale e as encostas. Foi remodelada para turismo em 2012, mantendo os dois pisos independentes e conciliando a comodidade dos tempos modernos com as características essenciais de uma casa senhorial do século XVIII. Tem capacidade para 9 adultos e 2 crianças, e na envolvente da casa existem pátio com mesas de apoio e diversos espaços ajardinados, piscina partilhada de 12*6 m.
