Villa je okružena sa 11 velikih hrastovih stabala, koja osiguravaju cijeli dan prirodni hlad. Veliki bazen i plaža su cijeli dan na suncu. Sa balkona se prostire pogled na more, te planinu Velebit. Kuća je izgrađena u rustikalnom stilu, krasi ju namještaj od masiva(hrastovine), te veliki kamin u dnevnom boravku.

House is 50 m away from the beach, 1 m from the restaurant, 50 m from the coffe bars, market, pizzeria. Apartment offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, roof terrace, 2 garages, backyard with patio, seasonal above ground pool and grill. One of the garages is equipped with toilet (with thumble dryer), additional summer kitchen and darts to play.
