Beautiful home located in the heart of Knoxville. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, University of Tennessee! We have a fully stocked kitchen, large patio and a grill. We also have another unit that is "attached" to this home if you need accommodations for more than 10 people. You would share a large dining room between the units great for dinner gatherings such as Thanksgiving. You may instead choose to rent the dining room for $75 when booking this home.

Farm Stay Experience

Our place is a renovated, two bedroom, 1930's farmhouse on a working hobby farm. 28 Acres of farm land with animals accompany the house. A detached garage is home to Farm to Feast Knoxville and will have private dining parties through reservations only. This site is near the house but will host less than 24 people. Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

Guest reviews often remark on the cleanliness and small touches for my Airbnb. I love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit your needs and the games and books. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. There is also a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.

This 815 square foot home built in 1945 has been completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Centrally located to shopping, dining, trails, 3.5 miles to UT campus and downtown Knoxville. This home has a large doggie door and small fenced in yard. Pets are welcome with no extra charges. If you need a longer stay, message me to see if the dates are available.

This home will make your stay in Knoxville one you won’t forget! Eden East is one of a kind. An amazing pool, HUGE 8 person Hot Tub with tons of therapeutic jets, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Arcade Games and plenty of space for big groups. Welcome to our Bluestone home! The house is newly renovated and located in a safe/quiet neighborhood. 5 min "straight road" to DT/UT. Fun in-house and outdoor entertainment. Super friendly to kids and pets 🐶🐱. Come and book the place to enjoy your trip to Knoxville. *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee. This is on individual bases.
