A perfect base for exploring East Coast towns; Bridlington and Scarborough etc.

The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

Access to the on site indoor swimming pool which is open from 15th feb 2026 until November 2026(one time fee£10/£20), laundrette (one time fee of £10), playpark and swings right outside the back door. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the master bedroom complete with a sea view. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is a perfectly formed family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay. A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.
