Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.

Have fun with the whole family at this classically restored home. Pat's Peak is next door (it's 500' up to their driveway and we provide a heavy duty trolly to pull your gear). So you can maximize your time on the slopes without having to drive anywhere. Make s'mores at the fire pit outside or have a glass of wine by the fireplace (electric) inside. There are plenty of golf courses, hiking trails, lakes and rivers nearby. We are on the Currier & Ives byway so plan your leaf peeping trip now.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Ski Sunapee/Pat’s Peak Swimming/Hiking/Mt Views

Come and stay in rural New Hampshire in this peaceful home. You will not want to leave this mountain top setting once you experience the stunning views from the farmer’s porch and all of the main rooms, but if you do, there is a ten minute drive to Bradford’s restaurants, cafe, and convenience store with gas. For skiing, Mt. Sunapee is 30 minutes away, and Pat’s Peak is just 20 minutes away. Trail access is within walking distance.
