Denne bolig ligger på en af de absolut bedste placeringer i Ilulissat, hvor man kan høre havet lige uden for samt dufte isen fra Ilulissat Isfjord. Der er udsigt til Ilulissat Isfjord, og fra huset ser man både sejle ud på havet fra den nærliggende havn. Er man heldig, kan se hvaler fra både stue og soveværelset i løbet af sommermånederne. Boligen ligger centralt i byen, men i et lille område, hvor der ikke er nogen larm. Der er nem adgang til vinterbadning, hvis man vil bade blandt isbjerge.

Velkommen til vores hus i Qeqertarsuaq, med udsigt til hav, isbjerge og lyngmark fjeldet. Dette hus er noget helt særligt for os, og vi glæder os til at dele det med dig. Her får du ro, udsigt. Huset har udsigt over havet og fjeldene. Nogle dage kan du endda se hvaler glide forbi ude på vandet, direkte fra stuen eller soveværelse. Det er et hjem med sjæl. Oprindeligt bygget i 70’erne i klassisk grønlandsk stil som i dag er indrettet med moderne komfort og en hyggelig atmosfære.

Slap af i dHuset er beliggende på Upernaviup Aqq. B-130 A og er pa'2-plan. . Huset blev i efterisoleret i 2012 / 2013, hvor det også fik et nyt køkken, ligesom pose toilet / badeværelset blev udvidet. Huset er fuld møbleret. enne unikke og rolige bolig. Qeqertarsuaq og Diskoøen er kendt for deres unikke geologiske formationer. Mulighed for at blive hentet på havnen og det er gratis! :) (ps. der er ingen Taxa eller Bus i Byen )

Cozy house just behind the Iconic Zion's Church

Feel at home in this cozy house just behind the Iconic Zion's Church and just across the road from Knud Rasmussen's museeum. If you are lucky, you will hear the whales sing while you enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace and if you have the courage and knowledge in kayaking you are free to grab the kayaks at the house - completely on your own risk - and get even closer to them and the great icebergs.

Det er et hyggeligt hus med stue, køkken, 2 toilletter, 1 bad, fri wife, håndklæder, sengelinned. 3 soveværelser, et stort med dobl. seng og 2 små med 2 senge hver.
