Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Minutes from downtown Sechelt, beaches and parks the year round mild climate offers a all-season recreation destination for hiking, biking, kayaking/canoeing, marine tours, air tours, swimming, fishing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing The Sunshine coast is easily accessed by ferry (Horseshoe bay to Langdale) or air (Harbour Air) to the jewel of BC.

The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Bench 170

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of water side lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.
