Welcome to the Barndominium! 4 miles off I-70. This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

The Victorian

The Victorian is a large roomy house that is big enough for you and your loved ones. There is plenty of room to host groups of 18 or more guests at a time. Located 7 minutes off of I70 in the village of Barnesville which is nestled among the rolling hills of eastern Ohio. There is a heated pool that is available for your use during the summer months! Official pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day. We can often times be open earlier and later than that but can’t guarantee it.

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Located 5 minutes from Marietta with easy access. Electronic keypad. Please enjoy visiting Roadrunner's Haven.

Rosedale Timber Lodge

Rosedale Timber Lodge is the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the hills of Guernsey County, with no neighbors in sight, you can truly kick back and enjoy nature. Completely restored recently, this lodge is beautifull inside and out with timber framing, a custom kitchen, stone fireplace, fishing pond, volleyball court, wiffleball diamond, and game room in the basement. We also offer 3 full RV hookups! After your stay, you will leave here more relaxed and refreshed than ever!

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

Let the best fishing stories be told at our spacious, open concept log cabin situated across the road from Wolf Run State Park. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, The Angler's Cove is the perfect catch for the family-friendly trip or a private getaway. Relax under the stars in the outdoor hot tub and make memories around the fire pit. Enjoy your coffee/tea on the front or back porch as you take in nature all around you. Valley View Cabin -Salt Fork State Park FIBER WIFI

Valley View Cabin borders Salt Fork State Park on a country gravel park road and is just below Rocky Fork Ranch. Salt Fork lake is a short drive back down the dirt road. Sit and enjoy the birds and deer from the screened in front porch and enjoy no neighbors in view. Clean is our thing! Cabin is best suited for 2 but we can accommodate a small family using a sofa sleeper. New central air for your comfort!

Come and visit our clean and cozy one bedroom cabin in the wooded hills of Guernsey county Ohio and relax on the spacious deck and listen to the sounds of nature, take a trail walk on the 19 acre property, or stay inside and ask Alexa to play your favorite tunes or stream a blockbuster movie on the 65" 4k UHD TV with 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos surround sound, the choice is yours.

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.
