Home among the gum trees, 15 mins from Perth airport and 20 kms to CBD. 300m to the bus, although a car is better to explore the beautiful rustic Bickley valley wineries and bush walks. The space is a studio apartment, ground level, completely self contained and seperate to the main house where I live. Kalamunda hills are delightful if you wish for peace and quiet, other than the kookaburra morning chorus! Bush walks abound, plenty of open space behind my house. PLS NOTE - NO WIFI

You will admire my place for the coziness and central location, only 12 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the city. Bus stop to airport, city and Carousel Shopping centre is at 3 minutes walk. The Maniana Park is a few steps away, which is perfect for early morning jogs and evening walks. The backyard is accessible all the time for some fresh air.
