Swimming, walking, cycling, kayaking all on the doorstep.

Beautifully restored 17th c. stone tower house

Beautiful renovation which combines modern comfort with the spelendor of this 17th century stone tower house in the Medieval village of Alet les Bains. Beautiful garden. White water rafting and other river sports are within walking distance as well as a natural spring swimming pool which is open in the summer. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance too and the famous wine producing town of Limoux is a 10 minute drive away. There is a tourist office in the town.

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Welcome to our stylish townhouse situated in the heart of Quillan. Located just away from the square next to the stunning Eglise de Quillan - Notre Dame de l'Assomption. Plenty of cafes and bars can be found in the square and there is a twice weekly market on a Wednesday and Saturday where you can buy fresh produce. Quillan is a great base to explore the mystery and legend of Aude Cathar Country, with its hillside vineyards and Pyrenean peaks the perfect backdrop.

You will make the most of this wonderful monument and relax in a serene and comfortable place with careful decoration. Please note: for access to the pool, lake, sport infrastructure and organized activities, you need to book your stay via Domaine de L'Espinet. Renting our house does not give you access to these infrastructures.
