The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

This big, bright, private space in a separate area of the main house, has a new separate entry. The suite contains one queen bedroom, a big bathroom, a large living room with dining table, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. *I am also available as a Chauffeur and/or Tour Guide if you want to enjoy the wineries without driving!

A 2 x 1 adjoining the main house. This is a completley self contained unit sharing a common wall with seperate drive way. Walking distance to Simmo's ice cream, dunsborough gym, Base BJJ & MMA Gym, Southwest provisions and more. 10 min bike ride to beach. A seperate room to the unit has a Infared Sauna and cold plunge for use.
