Nothing beats waking up and looking out at your own private access lakefront first thing in the morning! Firepit, patio furniture, picnic table and charcoal grill on-site.

Genesis II is a true minimalistic Tiny Home measuring at only 298 square feet. High efficiency use of space featuring tall ceilings and many windows to bring in all the beautiful scenery. Queen size bed, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your own private access lake front on privately owned Mills Lake with patio furniture, picnic table, charcoal grill, and firepit! Mills Lake is stocked for fishing with catfish, carp, largemouth bass, crappie, and bluegill.

VERY NICE ROOM. PERFECT FOR EXTENDED STAY - Shared two-story house. A few blocks from historic downtown. Private room located on main floor near half bath. Full bath and laundry located on second floor. Kitchen privileges. Located 30 minutes from several colleges and hospitals. Must be ok with pets. Clean place. Quiet at night.
