Our cosy, open-plan studio is thoughtfully set up for a comfortable and relaxing stay, it features an ensuite where you can freshen up, a queen bed, a 2.5-seater sofa for unwinding, and a three-seater dining table perfect for meals or planning your day. The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Old Fell Boat Shed

Located in the heart of Kohukohu village across the road from beautiful Hokianga Harbour, the historic Old Fell Boat Shed provides accommodation for up to six guests. It's the ideal timeout spot to write, paint, kayak (two on-site), fish or just relax. Cafe's, art gallery, pub and general store are a level two-minute walk. One big bedroom and two fold-out couches in the large lounge. Private courtyard and BBQ. Pet friendly and free on-street parking.

Treehouse in the Forest Canopy | Reclaimed Kauri

Like a magic carpet ride in the canopy of the forest. A 120 year old Kauri villa was about to be torn down. We rescued the French doors, sarking, weatherboards, windows, flooring and shower fittings, then used them to build a space nestled into the forest slope, so that with all sets of French doors open, you're not looking down at the canopy. You're living inside it. Everything has had a life before this place. You can feel it.

This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree. Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

Historic Cottage in the heart of Rawene

Fully serviced and equipped waterfront property. 140 yr old kauri cottage. Simple, 'old-style' kiwi bach. All beds will be made and towels provided on the beds. Service fee is included in the rates. The cottage has stunning views facing Northwest and of the tidal Harbour. The house is set in the central part of the historic town of Rawene on the Hokianga.

It has a private outlook with the sights and sounds of the country. It is close to native bush and abundant bird life. Enjoy all Opononi and surrounding areas have to offer all within a 5min drive to the beach.
