The kitchen, dining area, a queen size bed and bathroom is in the ground floor and a double bed is in the first. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen have all the basic amenities. We have been hosting students and researchers and people on sabbatical who were drawn to Almora by their work. We also host people who consider Almora as their summer abode and stay here to avoid the harsh heat of the northern plains. We also host our home to people for whom Almora is a pit stop to rest and refuel for further journey to Dol Ashram, Munsyaari, Pataal Bhuvaneshwar and other places. We provide a self contained unit with a kitchen for you to relax and recoup.

The last 7 years have been an incredible learning experience. Since we moved to the village, the priorities have changed. There was a sense of discovery in everything we did. There were chai-filled conversations with elders and young turks and stories on how homes and communities were built. It's these learnings that led us to build these earth homes. Kumaon has been a great teacher. And we hope we've done justice to her sustainable ways.
