Silverstar Barn

Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Conveniently located only blocks from the grocery store, bar and grill, and the Ortonville boat ramp and cleaning station. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There is off the street parking, an outdoor outlet and a fish/game cleaning station in the backyard (We ask that you take your fish/game scraps with you for disposal). There is also a great view of Big Stone Lake from the back yard where you can enjoy time around the fire pit.

You will have private access to the lake with a dock. The dock is generally in the water May through Labor Day. Note: There are several stairs required to get down to the dock. This has been a wonderful undertaking, preparing my rental house into an Airbnb. I saw lots of potential and need for guests to be able to have a clean, comfortable and super private, spacious living space for their stay while out and about on whatever they might be doing, whether it be visiting with family, out hunting, or on their road trip just exploring what Western Minnesota has to offer!
