Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. A peaceful, rustic, village getaway in the hills, 4 miles from the coast.

The Long House, Waunifor

The Long House is a listed building soaked in history and character. It is spacious and features an inglenook fireplace, wood-burning stove, oak beams and panelled dining area. It has two bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, large lounge plus small kitchen and its own enclosed garden. It sleeps up to 10 people and is spacious and homely set in 4 acres of grounds and gardens with a children's play area, walled garden, small woodland and duckpond (fenced off) along with our 5 other stone and slate cottages

Seren Saith yurt and open lodge

Seren Saith is set in it's own field with lovely views offering the perfect space for a peaceful and comfortable break any time of year. The living room and kitchen are in opposite corners of the open fronted lodge and separated by the bath area with it's magnificent roll top bath. Attached is a fully enclosed and insulated shower room with a flushing loo and wash basin. A few steps over a boardwalk is the bedroom in the yurt which is heated with a wood burner and has a king-size bed + sofabed.

East Llwyn Cottage -Ceredigion, West Wales

East Llwyn - a cosy characterful "home from home" cottage, the perfect place to relax! Hidden away in a secret corner of West Wales with panoramic views of the surrounding peaceful countryside from the pretty garden. Less than a 30 minute drive to beautiful beaches and stunning coastal scenery, including New Quay and the harbour town of Aberaeron. The nearby town of Llandysul is a 10 minute drive away. The property offers fast fibre Wifi and a Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, wood burner.

The Reading Room

Relax in our converted 301-year-old forge nestled in the beautiful Ceredigion countryside of rural West Wales. Although secluded, we are conveniently only 10 miles away from the stunning coastline. Watch the wildlife in our lovely garden, we have seen over 100 different species of bird, and an otter visits our pond. Or unwind with a good book. Seeking adventure? There are numerous outdoor activities available, including running, walking, wild swimming, and cycling, all within easy reach.

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

Y Cartws Llanwenog

Y Cartws is a converted stable/barn, build of stone and dating from the early 19th century in a quiet location next to an 11th century small country church.Attached and for guests` use, is parking for 2 cars, small lawn, woodland and barbecue area.It is a 20 minute drive from the coast where you can see dolphins all Summer via boat trips etc.It has been awarded 5* three times and most of the accommodation is on one floor except for the sitting room which is upstairs in the Gallery.
