The flat is provided with the following services: - fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking and combo oven; - air conditioning both in the dining room/kitchen and bedroom; - clean towels and bed sheets; - high speed WiFi (and ethernet connection); - Cinema TV with Sky decoder (with subscription to international channels), music sound system. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Santa Marina Apartment

I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.
