"Kosmaj Vista” je potpuno nova kuća u blizini Kosmaja, na samo sat vremena od Beograda. Naša kuća izgrađena je 2024. godine i predstavlja savršen spoj modernog dizajna i prirode u kojoj je smeštena. Na prostoru od 60 ari nalazi se otvoreni bazen, letnjikovac sa stolom za ping pong i bbq, i predivna kuća površine od 170m2. U kući se nalaze prostrani dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, 4 spavaće sobe, dva kupatila i sala za yogu. Idealna je za porodice sa decom, okupljanje prijatelja ili team building-e.

Hedonists paradise is a unique house 45min drive from/to Belgrade center, carefully organized and decorated for enjoyment, rest, food exploration and remote work. Spacious yard and garden full of organic vegetables is super healthy as well. Optionally we can provide organic eggs, fruit and other products from local community. 2min walk from Park of nature Ponjavica, river, fields and forest, beautiful scenery and sunsets. 5min walk from excellent fish restaurant. Forest Paradise je skladno i maštovito imanje koje svoju estetiku otkriva od samog ulaza u dvorište. Kada su u pitanju atraktivne celine objekta - izdvaja se moderni bazen sa dekorativnim platoom gde se možete opustiti. Poseduje prostranu dnevnu sobu, sa trpezarijom i kuhinjom. Postoje dve spavaće sobe, od kojih jedna ima bračni krevet, a druga krevet na sprat. Ležaj u dnevnom boravku je na razvlačenje, pa se tako može adaptirati u još jedan bračni krevet. Ukupan spavaći kapacitet je -6.

Dobro dosli u nas veoma prostran i komforan apartman pogodan za smeštaj do pet osoba .Apartman ima 80 m2 i idealan je za odmor bilo da dolazite turisticki ili poslovno.Nalazimo se u mirnom delu Beograda na 4 km od centra grada i svega pet minuta hoda do gradskog prevoza.Poseduje privatan parking obezbedjen kamerama.Apartman je uredjen tako da gostima pruzi osecaj udobnosti,mira i privatnosti.Trudimo se da svaki gost ima prijatan boravak i da iz naseg apartmana ponese najlepse utiske.
