This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-)

Der er mulighed for ekstra opredning i stuen, hvis I kommer mere end 2 personer. Vi som værtspar står gerne til rådighed så vidt som muligt.

Hyggeligt hus beliggende 5 min’s gang fra det skønne Trøjborg med cafe’er, Bio og indkøbsmuligheder. Risskoven og Den Permenente (badestrand) ligger ligeledes i nærheden. Huset består af stueplan og kælder (egen indgang). Hyggelig stue og køkken alrum, 2 værelser med senge, begge 3/4 (mulighed for ekstra soveplads) og badeværelse. Dejlig terrasse fra køkkenet og en fin lukket have med plads til boldspil. Seperat kælderlejlighed. Gode busforbindelser til centrum og let til E45.

Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away. The house counts with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a complete kitchen and toilet, sofa bed of 1.4x2m, internet, smart TV with Netflix and HBO Max, towels, bed linen and much more. There is a direct access to a 800m2 garden. Only small dogs allowed (<10 kilo).

Nyd et mindeværdigt ophold i vores charmerende bolig beliggende i skønne Risskov, tæt på stranden. Boligen er med synlige bjælker og rustikke detaljer. Der kan nydes aftensol fra tagterrasse. Boligen har et soveværelse med dobbeltseng samt et værelse m. to enkelte senge. Herudover er der en futonseng. Boligen indeholder hyggelig køkken, to stuer, to værelser og et badeværelse. I er tæt på indkøb, restauranter, bussen til Aarhus C og 500 m til stranden.

Cozy retro cottage close to the beach...

In beautiful Skæring 15 km north of Aarhus is our cozy old architect designed cottage. Here you get nostalgia and comfort in a class by itself . The house has two bedroom , bathroom with tub. Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
