Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Badgers Croft - Sharnbrook A unique country escape

Badgers Croft is a pretty stone built cottage set apart from the main house. It comes complete with off road parking, its own seated gravelled area and private fern garden. The self contained cottage comprises of a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area to seat four people comfortably and a log burning stove to keep you cosy at night. A bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine area that can sleep a further two people who can sleep looking out at the stars above through the roof light.

The Barn is a self contained annex attached to our house, The Old Bakery, but with its own private access. We also have "The Cob" and "The Bakehouse", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking our garden and field beyond, in the historic village of Thriplow. A minutes walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

Less than 5 min walk from the high street and under 15 min walk from the train station, we are perfectly located near all major amenities and a whole host of shops, restaurants and pubs, cinema and bowling alley, whilst still maintaining privacy and peace and quiet. We have the best of both worlds here - all the tranquility of the countryside with Highland Cows as our neighbours, foxes, pheasants and the occasional duck as our regular guests and ducks, geese and swans gracing our great lakeside view. Just 2 minutes from the M1, 5 minutes from Milton Keynes, 10 minutes from Woburn & 15 minutes from Bedford!
