Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

Walk along the river, go boating, paddle boarding or stop at the many local pubs. Take the train to London in just over an hour. Travel into Southampton to visit the many shops and historic sites. Take a day trip to the Isle of Wight as a foot passenger on the IOW Ferry. A relaxing trip away awaits you.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Surrounded by nature reserves, a fantastic location for coastal walks, and cycling, located directly on a sustrans cycle network. Fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms, a king double and the second bedroom can be made up as two singles or a king double. Private outside seating area.

River Rose Retreat Shepherds Hut, view and hot tub

River Rose Retreat is a cute and cosy shepherds hut, located along side the stunning river Hamble, in the quaint village of Botley. The Shepherds Hut, which is within walking distance from Botley village and train station, has it's own garden with hot tub, seating area and fire pit, surrounded by trees whilst gazing out on to the river. Although we adore dogs ourselves, unfortunately no dogs are allowed.
