Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The Studio is 3 miles outside the beautiful town of Hay on Wye, on the northern edge of the Brecon Beacons and famous for its bookshops and annual literature, music and walking festivals as well as a host of charming independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, a cinema and weekly farmers market.

In winter it’s all snuggling round the log burner with breath-taking views and wonderful walks, and in summer it’s outside living in a flower-rich meadow. Plus you will enjoy complete seclusion and peace and quiet!
