A 'Tiny House', off-grid Shepherd's Hut with panoramic views of the spectacular Brecon Beacons. Accessed by its own gated lane and set in a private paddock, "Oliveduck Hut" is the perfect retreat for couples, or singles who prefer their own company. An ideal ‘base camp’ as you explore the National Park and surrounding area. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

The unique Tin Shed has been designed using sustainable and recycled materials, featuring original art from local artists and filled with natural light. It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

Step aboard The Toad, a beautifully restored 1921 GWR brake van (AKA Toad Wagon), once a vital part of post-war goods trains. Nestled in the beautiful South Shropshire Hills, on the edge of a working farm, the Stretton Pod is one of three luxury pods (view others on my profile). With plenty of scenic walks from the door, this cosy pod provides the perfect escape to relax and unwind. The accommodation has been individually designed and furnished in a bespoke style, including a hot tub, wet room and cooking facilities. Luxury 100% cotton bed linen, towels and robes are provided, along with a few basic supplies.

It is entirely self-contained (double bed, kitchen area and shower/toilet, all connected to the mains supply) with its own entrance from the country lane, its own garden and surrounded by beautiful Herefordshire countryside and wildlife. It is ideally placed for walking and cycling, exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing with a book.

A beautifully restored Victorian railway carriage hand-crafted by Graham from local hillside timber with star gazing clear roof above the bed. Spring Farm’s authentic railway carriage is set in a secluded orchard with stunning panoramic views down the whole length of the Bryn Awr valley to the Brecon Beacons.
