The annex is a lovely relaxing place to stay. Accessed by the main front door one then enters one's own private space. Recently converted it offers a fantastic double room. It is very light and airy. Fully heated so nice and cosy. There is a television with sky and wifi, table and chairs and basin. Downstairs there is a bathroom, with heated towel rail and luxury bath with hand held shower. twin room downstairs next to the bathroom. NO ACTUAL KITCHEN!! fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave

(not in view of each other) A beautiful little annex with its own access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower. UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofa. IMPORTANT: THERE is NO KITCHEN only mini fridge and microwave for OCCASIONAL USE. The Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking NOTE: 1. there is NO GUARANTEED parking nearby. 2 there are several steep/uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

Edies retreat is a comfortable, self contained studio apartment, set in a small hamlet of houses at the end of a lane adjacent to a farmers field and apple orchard, on the edge of Dedham Vale AONB. East Harling is a lovely village close to Snetterton with Norwich & Bury St Edmunds just a short drive away. The village boasts two pubs serving food, a bakery, fish & chip shop, Chinese take-away and grocery store. The English Whisky Distillery Company is just up the road.

We are offering a comfortable modern guest suite in the riverside town of Wivenhoe. The room is a guest suite on the ground floor in our family home and you will have complete privacy. The room has its own en suite shower room and one double bed. There is a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a small fridge, sink, toaster & single induction hob. There is a smartTV as well as WiFi.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
