I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two-seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track.

Attic in my shared home. I'm vegetarian. The house is spacious with tranquil garden, in friendly street in the West End. We are a pleasant 15 mins. walk to the town centre for shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to the Memorial Hospital for NHS workers. Great for work, visiting friends/family or holidays. Near the Great North Run start, and about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally rebuilt in 2016, with a super insulated, modern interior. Pods are en-suite and equipped with TV, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee/tea making facilities.
