The 'Lil' Cabin

Welcome to the cozy lil cabin where you can enjoy serene water views. The main floor of the cabin features a full kitchen, living room with king sized pull out couch, washer/dryer and bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a queen bed on one side of the catwalk and twin on the other. Please be aware the stairs leading to the sleeping area are steep and narrow. The cabin has an open concept layout. The lil cabin is conveniently located 5 min. from two grocery stores and 30 min. to Aspen.

Riverfront Studio in Basalt

The River Nook is located directly on the Frying Pan River and within walking distance from downtown Basalt. This cozy riverfront studio unit is approximately 160 square feet. Offering an efficiency kitchen complete with an electric two-burner stove, mini-refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a queen-sized bed as well as a comfy chair and a small desk. This is the perfect size for one or two people who are here to enjoy all that Basalt and the Aspen area have to offer.

Nestled on 1.5 acres in the piñon pines feeling the seclusion of this entire property getting a mountain cabin experience with a private hot tub. 1940's cabin with a full interior renovation in 2016 keeping the nostalgic look of the cabin on the exterior. It features a fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi, a/c and a fireplace. Pets allowed upon approval with a pet fee. No aggressive dogs allowed on the property.

Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended. We accept pets at the studio, either one large or 2 small; there is a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that the pet be kennel if left behind while you go out. Obey Town of Basalt's leash and patrol ordinances. Drop cloths provided if they are allowed on furniture.

Cozy up in this stylish home. 1 guest bedroom with king bed is offered for rental in this 2 BR/1 bath home. Renting of the 1 bedroom provides for guests to have the entire home to themselves, not to include the 2nd bedroom, which remains a lock-off. Amenities include a modern kitchen, 65” 4K TV, office, front and back yards, parking, and more. The home is within walking distance to parks, rivers, and downtown Basalt. Aspen and Snowmass Village are also a short drive away.

The area offers plentiful ski runs, backcountry skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, equestrian trails, mountain biking, and hiking.

We are located at the base of Seven Castles and your cabin is just 5 minutes from downtown Basalt and 25 minutes to Aspen or Glenwood Springs. We welcome guests traveling with 1 dog. For an additional fee. The space is very small and the views are big. This is the perfect base for your mountain adventures.
