Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. We live out in the country, just 3 miles from Eagle, with no near neighbors so mostly what you hear is the creek behind the building and the nearest neighbor’s rooster crowing. We have installed Starlink for internet service with over 100Mbps download speed.
