Enjoy the beautiful forest view from the large deck & tall living room windows. A gas grill, fire pit, dry sauna, Wi-Fi, and TV (including Netflix) are also available. The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (1 mile north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions:CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, and Artesian Casino, & Spa.

It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

Banks Valley Guest Ranch - 1 Bed/1Ba Guest house

Guest Cabin on top of a hill overlooking our working cattle ranch. The cabin is updated and clean and fully stocked with everything you need to spend one night or a whole month. The completely private space includes cable and internet as well as a washer and dryer. The 600 acre ranch has fishing ponds and hiking trails which our guests are welcome to enjoy. There are no events or parties allowed in the guest cabin. You are welcome to host your family for a BBQ or meal if they are local.

Enjoy the firepit and outdoor shower. Kayaks are included. You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common. Mushroom foraging in the spring. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway tucked away in the edge of the woods, overlooking a wooded creek area. We have designed this space to feel cozy and homey with the earth tone decor and modern rustic style. Everyone visited this site during it's preparation, from visiting friends to the electricians, plumbers and others, fell in love with it. Many joked that this is where they wanted to stay if they got in the "dog house" with their wife; hence the nickname that stuck.

The Blue Moon cottages are new construction with some landscaping yet to be finished. They have beautiful open concept living and dining and two spacious bedrooms. There’s an identical cottage next door so the two make a perfect place for group trips. There’s plenty of parking and green space. Located just a few blocks north of the parks with hiking, biking, and mineral springs and west of downtown and the casino. The Chickasaw Recreation Area and Veterans Lake are nearby.
