Recreation - float off the dock, take out the canoe, and fish from your backyard. The cabin shares a property line with TVA trails and a boat ramp is a half mile away. A ring road around the cabin makes boat parking easy. 3. Enjoy modern comforts - the cabin is well-equipped with wifi, TVs, washer/dryer, and other amenities.

The home offers a kitchen, living room, and 3 bedrooms on each floor. Ideal for large groups or multi-family stays. Take in miles of sparkling water from the deck, patio, and nearly every room. Watch boats and barges drift by. Head to the fenced backyard and down to the 34’x27’ private dock—perfect for lounging, fishing, or tying up your boat.

Family Friendly River Camp! Bring the Boat!

Come and relax on the river with the whole family! We are on the water with a dock with boat ties and swim ladder. During summer months we are accessible by boat. We do NOT have year around water so if you book after Labor Day it’s dependent upon TVA. Completely furnished kitchen with an air fryer for those chicken nuggets. Coffee maker too! We are safety minded for those with small children. We have plenty of life jackets. The top deck has a locking gate to keep the stairs blocked off.

Kayaks onsite. Enjoy s’mores around campfires using our fire pit. Perfect for couples getaway, family vacations, reunions, fisherman fishing tournaments, TVA outage workers. Joe Wheeler State park is a short 15 minute boat ride or 10 minute drive away. Grocery store, restaurants 5 minutes away.

The Sweet Retreat Newly Renovated

Come enjoy my 3 bed 3 bath house named the Sweet Retreat because it is located on Sugar Creek. The house is just feet from the water. On this property you can enjoy fishing from the private dock and 3 kayaks that are located on the property. The master bedroom has a king tempurpedic mattress. The second bedroom has a brand new king mattress, both of these bedrooms have French doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the water. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized tempurpedic mattress.

Large events and weddings welcome. For events over 16 people, there are additional charges and may require supervision that we will provide (contact us for info). Tons of parking. Free Wifi and all rooms equipped with internet TV. Laundry room available. Elevator. NO outside noise/music allowed after 9pm.

Peaceful country setting, just 3 miles from downtown Rogersville . Close to several boat launches plenty of space to park with boat or trailer. Joe wheeler state park is 7 miles away. You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds. One private bedroom, second bed in the Loft. Pets are allowed with approval and $50 fee. See notes.
