The Tail Race....just 1 mile from Wheeler Dam

This is one of the original cabins that overlooked the tail race during construction of Wheeler Dam. It was later sold and moved to this location. The home is about 1 mile from the dam and it has a circle drive to covered parking and a 2 car pole barn. Conveniently located within minutes to many boat ramps on the Tennessee River. Within walking distance to restaurants and a few minute drive to food and gas. It has WiFi and dish and it has a well stocked kitchen. Great fishing, good neighbors.

Recreation - float off the dock, take out the canoe, and fish from your backyard. The cabin shares a property line with TVA trails and a boat ramp is a half mile away. A ring road around the cabin makes boat parking easy. 3. Enjoy modern comforts - the cabin is well-equipped with wifi, TVs, washer/dryer, and other amenities.

Wifi now available. Perfect for fishermen, couples, family, and outage workers. This updated home is located in the jewel of the south and a fisherman's paradise. It has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed in master bedroom and 2 twin beds in guest room), two bathrooms (both have shower/tub), living room (two leather recliners and couch), fully furnished kitchen, laundry room, porch, deck, and plenty of parking for boat trailers. This house is also located 1/2 a mile away from Elk River Public Boat Ramp.

Family Friendly River Camp! Bring the Boat!

Come and relax on the river with the whole family! We are on the water with a dock with boat ties and swim ladder. During summer months we are accessible by boat. We do NOT have year around water so if you book after Labor Day it’s dependent upon TVA. Completely furnished kitchen with an air fryer for those chicken nuggets. Coffee maker too! We are safety minded for those with small children. We have plenty of life jackets. The top deck has a locking gate to keep the stairs blocked off.

Also, if you have a boat/watercraft with trailer there is plenty of parking. We have 50 amp outdoor circuit service available. Wifi and smart TVs.

Peaceful country setting, just 3 miles from downtown Rogersville . Close to several boat launches plenty of space to park with boat or trailer. Joe wheeler state park is 7 miles away. You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds. One private bedroom, second bed in the Loft. Pets are allowed with approval and $50 fee. See notes.
