The studio is within 100 metres of the Rooiels Nature Reserve where a short trail leads you to Otter Cove - a natural tidal pool amongst the rocks. The pristine, sandy main beach is also easily accessible via a 15min walk or 5min drive.

We are 100 meters from the beach. We have solar backup, no worries about load shedding. Large, private 46m2 apartment only 100m from beach entrance. Indoor and outdoor showers - and a large outside bath for luxuriating whilst still close to nature. Spacious lounging area. Ideally positioned to walk to shops, restaurants and Village amenities and even closer to the main swimming, fishing and diving beach. We’re conveniently located just across the road from the Stettyn Family Vineyards tasting room, where you can enjoy award-winning wines and cheese platters. Outdoor lovers will appreciate the MTB and running trails, as well as our tranquil dam, ideal for bass fishing or birding.

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
