Hi Merisa, thank you for choosing to stay at my property and I'm sorry to hear that there were a few issues. I have not had any issues in the past, so I am surprised to have read your review, especially as you did not reach out to me during your stay. I'm sorry to hear that the cleaner left a rubbish bag in the kitchen, this was a genuine mistake and I will speak to my cleaner about this. As per the Guest instructions, the heating was off, however, you were given clear instructions as to how to turn it on. I am now back in the property and there has been no issues in getting it to a warm temperature. As you know this is an AirBnB property and therefore it is common for the Hosts belongings to be in the property as well. Space was available for you to unpack, which I could have directed you to if you I knew there was an issue. I'm also sorry to hear that the bed was not as comfortable as hoped, this has not been an issue to previous Guests but this is something that I will take onboard. We want all our Guests to have the most enjoyable time staying in the property and I am sorry if that was not the case. Thank you for your feedback and I do hope you enjoyed your time in London.

Hi Jenni, really glad you enjoyed the apartment and we are very sorry for the late check-in at the property. Unfortunately, the cleaner was ill and so we had to arrange for another cleaner to get to the property ASAP as well as arranging for the linen delivered later. We ask the guest to not be in the property during the clean so we can ensure it is clean & tidy. We have already transferred you money for this issue which was sent via the AirBnB resolution centre. Once again I am very sorry for what happened and I hope it did not affect your stay.
