10th Avenue is a 3 bedroom self-catering unit complete with own small private garden and parking. We are approximately 5 min from numerous activities and shopping centres including our main beach front with safe swimming beaches and restaurants.
Our townhouse has an open-plan living area, dining area and kitchen, all modern and furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, an also has an automatic washing machine. The stove has a gas hob. Outside the kitchen is a small enclosed courtyard with washing lines. The main bedroom is en-suite, and has an extra length queen-sized bed, 'the best sleep in Durban'. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds, and all rooms have ample built-in cupboard space. There is an iron and ironing board. Both bathrooms have been newly renovated and boast walk-in showers. We provide cleaning materials, such as washing up liquid and all-purpose cleaners, and towels. Outside in the garden is a built-in barbecue and outside chairs. This unit has air-conditioning to help you enjoy our lovely summers!
This unit is entirely self-contained. You have complete privacy - as Sue and I live about half a km away in our own flat.
Sue and I are literally a phone-call away should there be any pressing matter, but we will respect your privacy and allow you to enjoy your time in sunny Durban. In the townhouse we have left a list of nearby attractions as well as contact numbers for taxis and fast-food outlets.
