True, WiFi does not work, but there was a card on the front door, where it was written that the disruption was caused by the passage of the fiber optic, by the telephone company. I came 2 times to check into the apartment in front of you because the router is on that side and not in your studio. I always told you when I came, but you have never been and can not say that we did not come. I also bought a WiFi key, but the signal does not arrive in the apartment and it does not work. I could not do more, I called so many times for assistance and I gave you the answers they gave me tomorrow, tomorrow, as you say, but that was what they said to me and you also heard; that I was angry once on the phone with help.
I apologize if the apartment was not ready, in 1 hour however we settled everything and waited we gave you the one in front to not let you out to wait. Working late can happen and does not mean not to be professional, it means being human. As for the check out, even here: you opened the door, but no one was knocking at your door! We were trying to open the locker pad that is next to your door !!
