New build apartment in a quite area with nice neighborhood. Nice and fresh decor provides great modern stay for guest. You would be able to find all the necessary goods in the apartment as well as enjoy peace and quietness in the area.
Bright and large 1 bedroom apartment in a new build property available to rent. Also, open planed kitchen with living room. Special room for storage. Also there is a space for another single bed (another person to sleap). Great location making it nice to be away from town but have access to get to town without any troubles.

Usually available at any time. Provide help with any issues relating to house matters. Willing to help if any issues arise as well as happy to provide recommendations for the future. Also, all contact are kept separately as we do respect privacy of all our guests. If we are not happy with anything or have other problems we will try to resolve them and our aim is to make sure guests are happy and would recommend us.

Apartment is non smoking however there is access to the garden. Pets allowed only with prior confirmation.
No smoking. Strictly no access to other apartments. Tenant must purchase own food items and personal hygiene products. It is the Tenant's responsibility to close their apartment's door if they do not want other tenants/unauthorized person to enter their apartment. The front door of the flat must be locked at all times. The use of candles and naked flames is prohibited. Must not leave the washing machine and dryers working when there is no one in the Property and at all times. All loads must be full. All occupants of the property must be considerate during night time/late evening/sleeping hours. Music must be played at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb others. Overnight partners/visitors are not allowed. Electric heaters are prohibited. Bedroom must be ventilated by opening the window daily. Bathroom must be ventilated using the extractor fan when showing/bathing. Fixing by glue, nail, pin items to the walls is prohibited. Tenant must request Landlords' permission/assistance to move furniture. No out-door shoes to be worn in the apartment. Maintain communal areas tidy at all the times. Rubbish has to be maintain on a regular basis and put in the bin liner provided outside of the house.
