I bought this house from the early twentieth century, there are just over a year and I made renovate from the basement to the attic, pulling up floors redevelop volumes according to my tastes. It can accommodate up to 8 people. You enter a large open room 50 m2 with heated concrete floor, and you go to the living room with white leather sofa and two red leather armchairs. Following an open fully equipped kitchen with a counter over 3 meters long kitchen. and a wooden bar. In the extension, a dining room for 6-8 people. The dominant color is white, brilliant for the kitchen, with spikes of red and walls of wood there. A French door opens directly onto a platform and a garden patio where a glass table and a barbecue.Following the visit to the basement or a cinema and television was arranged for our comfort.
At the first floor, we find the three bedrooms and the bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds, while my teenage daughter is on the mezzanine. The bathroom has a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub.
Going up the stairs past, we discover my favorite place: an office of 20 square meters with an opening on a second terrace with armchairs and sofas for lounging in the sun. Nap assured.
The house is about 160 m2, and I will guarantee comfort and refinement.
Everything is included both in terms of equipment and different subscriptions:
- 55-inch HD TV, Apple TV, iMac, cable, Wii, Wi-Fi, wireless sound system in every room, with SONOS equipment managed via smartphone, towels, sheets ...
