High ceilings, huge for New York standards. Located in a beautiful, green and safe residential area. One block away from subway, 15-20 minutes on the subway to downtown Manhattan, 20 minute train ride away from the ocean. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurant within walking distance. Huge nice rooms, cute neighborhood, sweet fun roomies. I maintained a pretty erratic schedule and I commend Bianca & Liana for making me feel welcome and completely at ease coming and going as needed. Someone should hook these tea drinkers up w/ a coffee maker!

This is a great place to stay. The hosts are extremely friendly, funny and easy going people. Which makes the stay here a pleasure. It's in a great location right next to a beautiful park and around the corner from the subway. Highly recommend

Very safe, green, residential, but in close proximity of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, post office 10 minutes away (and not crowded). Close to Prospect Park, a great place to jog, walk, or bike.

5 minutes from F train, 10 minutes from Q train. Buses to Coney Island and Brighton Beach are next door. Street parking pretty easy to find.
