Ken, on one hand we thank you profusely for the kind words about the home itself and the quality of the amenities, appliances, and decor. On the other hand, the tow situation is not accurate and that is sad to read. You stated that you simply were towed on Easter sunday from the driveway. Unfortunately you left out the part about receiving multiple notices and warnings from the HOA regarding your parking in that space. In addition, you never once informed us of receipt of those warnings. Lastly, you went online & registered w the HOA & received a two week pass, but neglected to switch out the 2 week pass to the other car, for weeks 3-4. So not only were we not in a position to advise you and work with you (because we had no knowledge of your receipt), but further, you were fully aware and informed of the perils of continuing to park illegally. Why the management company would or should pay for your neglect is confusing at best. While we enjoyed having you at the home, this issue has left a bit of a bad aftertaste. That all being said we have too taken next steps to reduce any parking friction for any future guests by updating the property listing to detail exactly the number of cars permitted (since not complying w the registration process results in towing). We are here to help our guests - but we can't assist if you don't ask. All in all, you were a very good guest inside the home - the parking matter has soured our experience a bit, but we've identified ways to learn from that and we look forward to each of our future guests benefitting from this learning experience.
