We take note of your suggestion related to emergency and police telephones, and we will facilitate these phone numbers to the next tenants.
Regarding the issue with the light bulbs, unfortunately as we rent the apartment we notice that in some ocassions the lights are on more than necessary, so we imagine that the bulbs will blow more often than usual. For this reason, we leave in the living room furniture spare bulbs, if you had problems with this issue during your stay, you could have communicated to us and we would have tried to solve it immediately.
On the other hand, we cannot agree with you in the rest of your comments:
In relation to the hammocks in the garden, we are not advertising we have hammocks in our garden (you cannot see the in the pictures nor in the text); you have hammocks in one of the two pools of the urbanization. In addition, there is a table in the garden as you can see in the picture, if it does not meet your expectations you can see it before renting the apartment. Moreover, as we don´t leave in there, and we just visit the apartment in certain stages during the year, we try to restore the broken furniture at the time our clients or the person in charge of the maintenance informs us (unfortunately when you rent an apartment these issues can happen). This person, recently send us a picture of the clotheshorse that was broken in the garden and we are buying a new one.
In addition, the shower head was not broken, you just have to know how to place it while taking a shower. In any case, as you know, we have changed the shower head during your stay.
Regarding the toiletries and food of other tenants we do not understand how you could fill 5 large bags, unless you throw our personal hygiene products, which we collect and we use when we go there, and the nonperishable food that is in the house usually. The person in charge of the maintenance is paid to clean the house during 4 hours before the entrance of any guest. The different guest's perishable food are thrown into the trash by the person who is in charge of the cleaning. Even if you had to throw all this away, it seems very difficult to fill up 5 large bags. In any case, as we use this apartment at different stages of the year, we need to have certain basic products.
In reference to the general conditions of the apartment, we believe that it is in very acceptable conditions, not only taking into account the quality / price ratio but also in absolute terms. As you can see in the other reviews, people spend nice holidays in our apartment. In our opinion, it is not just the location or the garden that is positive about the apartment. There is more than enough room for four people, the furniture is renewed as often as we (we changed the headboards and canapes of the beds this last year, as you could see during your stay) and we believe the quality related to the price of the whole apartment is more than fair.
In any case, Lynne we will take your observations into account and try to improve as much as we can, as soon as possible.
