When you want to experience Utrecht at its most, a stay in an anthentic Bed and Breakfast in the heart of the city is the way to go.
At the corner of the old DOM (Duomo), in the centre of the city, is our B&B in a 17th century monument building, situated on a historical canal with yard cellars, the Nieuwegracht.
On the secound floor of this 17th century monument are two confortable, non smoking, rooms with a separate modern bathroom. One room comes with a double bed and the other room with two single beds.
Our B&B is located in the heart of the famous Museum Quarter. This historic Utrecht Quarter is known to be a guiet oasis in the city center with plenty of restaurants, little cafe's and a wide variety of small shops and entertainment.
The Museum Quarter is named after the Catharijne convent and the Central Museum. Our B&B is very suitable for families with children, as it is near the famous Railway Museum, the University Museum and Dick Bruna House, the home off Niffy.
As cycling is one of the best ways to discover the city.
Bicycles can be rented close by and can be stored safely in our enclosed courtyard.
In our historic yard cellar of 'Bed aan de Gracht' two canoes are available to use after consultation, but you can bring your own and stall them in our yard cellar for free.
'Bed aan de Gracht' is about a 15 minute's walk from the main rail station, Utrecht Central Station. At the corner is a bus stop of bus number 2 (Hamburgerstraat).
Car parking at public Springweg is a 3 minutes walk.
