I have to react to this review since the guest did not mention all informations regarding this case. First of all, as one can read, we have hundreds of guests every year, and I do not remember when was the last time that someone had complaints on this matter. I also deny that I had bad attitude towards them. The fact is that at one moment there was no hot water. In the apartment in which is rented the room with private bathroom, also lives landlady (my mother) and she uses another bathroom. Occupancy of the guest room is two people and no other people are in the apartment. I explained the guests that there are two possibilities for the shortage. First, since my mother took shower that day, it might be that she turned the heater off while taking shower, and later forgot to turn it on. Second, that guests simply spent all hot water. I did not accuse them of doing anything wrong or bad; I just mentioned what are possibilities that caused the situation. Since the boiler has capacity of 60 litres (which is usually enough in summer for two people to take pleasant shower), it means that it has not unlimited amount of hot water. I live very close to the apartment, one minute away, and in my apartment I have two bathrooms. I offered the guests to come to my place and have shower there. They refused! So, it is not true that I was not helpful and had bad attitude towards them. I simply have no ability to heat 60 litres of water in 5 minutes. This happened on their first day of their stay. They stayed three nights and had no complaints anymore.
